My 88 year old aunt ordered 2 bras last April from Clearpoint direct and has never received them. Her 3 letters have gone unanswered and so have her phone calls. I phoned up the advertiser Valassis and they informed me that the company is reviewing the numerous complaints on Clearpoint. They also mentioned they will try and help my aunt out. If anyone else is in the same boat call Valassis at 1 800 437 0479.
