I have been trying to get a refund since Jan12. I' ve made 11 calls all documented with times. Also had my bank fax imfo to 1-800-520-8117 Attn: Sharon on the 12th of Jan. I was told I would get a refund when they got my fax. Called on the 13th to see if they got the fax andy said he would send me an email and call me to tell me they recieved it. NEVER GOT EITHER! Called on 14th she said they took the money out on the 9th then hung up.
Called back on the 15th Milang told said to check email -Email said my order was canceled nothing about refund. Called on the 19th Nanat said she process my refund once again, and it should be in my account in 2 days. Called back on the 23 because, I never got the money so now, Lawrance said its still on hold to be processed got hung up on called back talked to Rachel she said it will be processed-WHAT A LIE! Called on the 26 john said they would email me about my refund within 24-48 hourshe also gave me south florida nutrition addresse and was told someone would call me shortly - NOBODY DID!
Called on the 29th micheal said my refund was processed on the 26ththen hung up! Called back Tina got me a supervisor named jamie ID#397 She told me I would get my refund in 2 days well today is the 3rd of Feb. NOTHING YET!
