Don't answer phone calls - can't cancel - email address fake -at least they sent the product but now I can't quit it coming

Company mailed new product and charged account before test period was over. Tried to call to cancel on several occassions but just get answering machine. Can't figure out how to stop the travel gig they added on to the account. Company is a ripoff.
