After viewing my benefits package, it was nothing like the representative told me it was going to be. Therefore I wrote a cancellation letter as required and sent to the company. I have never heard back from anyone or gotten my refund back. I call customer service and they said that they would refund my money in a few months and that there was a mistake typed on the cancellation procedure because it said my money would be refunded within 7-10 business day. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. The lady I spoke to was very rude and disrespectful.
This was in May.
As of today January 27, I still have not recieved my refund. Do not send any money to this company!!!
