Platinum Benefit Group was attached to another website that I was on. They debited my account $129.95 and then again fr $9.95 a week later. I called the bank upon receiving my statement and seeing the charges they gave me the 800 number to call the Benefits Group customer service told me I applied for a cash advance in which I didn't and refused to give me back the money but said they would cancel the service and give me my money back but I never recieved it. I then went to my bank and filled out an unauthorized ach form to get my money back and Benefits Group refused to give me back the money again. They told my bank I had applied for health insurance and a voicemail service in which I didn't apply for anything. I was told by Benefits Groups customer service to write a letter and they would refund my money. I wrote the letter and sent it to them and also to my attorney general. I haven't heard back from either one, but once I found out about your website I am going to print usacomplaints.com on Benefits Group and take it to my bank and demand my money back.
