Sandra, the supervisor in the Charlotte office off Sharon Amity, is wholly INEFFECTIVE as are their customer support reps! Their customer support supervisor doesn't return calls! They've had my situation "pending" for half of a year and that's inexcusable and totally silly! Don't trust these folks! Oh yes, their microdermabrasion - total garbage. Our skin never enhanced or benefitted in anyhow from their solutions. Don't trust them!!!
