I started hair removal for my upper lip and chair three years ago at American Laser Center in Farmington Hills MI. Today they gave me a letter stating my two year guarantee is up. I will start by telling you when i went in for the first time the manager told me i would need six treatments. After six i get a two year guarantee for any hair that my return. I thought well this won't take that long it is probably worth it. Now after three years and about thirty treatments later NOTHING!!! No reduction what so ever!!! I called headquarters to complain and they said the medical board won't review a file unless they have been double passed four times. Which i have had done at least ten, but guess what only three are on my file. This company is a scam please if you want to remove hair do not go here.
