Non reciept of merchandise

I'd put an order for ACAI BERRIES item on 21 Jan, but I've neither received the item or any emails or telephone calls although the cash continues to be billed to my charge card.

I'd prefer to possess a reimbursement for that cash or even the earliest supply of the item.
