I ordered 3 bottles of lipodrene from this company. When I received my order they had sent me something called Exilis. What? This is not what I ordered. They said they have stopped selling Lipodrene and sent me this as a replacement!!! They did not ask me or anything!!! I did not want these pills but they told me if you read the fine print they can send substitues like this!!! I paid $10 for shipping! After lengthy emails they finally told me I could return them unopened, however, I am out my $10 shipping and there is a 20% restocking fee!!! Unbelievable!!! I think this is a big scam. I decided against returning them and sold my bottles of the crap they sent me for little money, so basically I lost almost $80!!! The pills that were sent turned out to be crap!!! Didn't do anything for any one who took them!!!
I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they wrote back with some big story! Oh, they said they had to have the Lipodrene advertised till the end of the year and that is why they were still on their web site. If you go to the web site right now they are still advertising them, however, you will NOT get them if you order! This was one of the worst online experiences for me ever!!! Customer service is terrible, they lie, they cheat you out of money and I think it's fraud! They should be stopped. I am only hoping more people report them. I sent them another email asking why the lipodrene was still advertised and have gotten NO response. I may file another claim with the Better Business Bureau!!! I hope the word gets out so this company will get pay back for what they do to people!!!
