I went for eye exam on oct. 8 i wear Bi focal lenses one eye therfor is for near and one eye is for distance. He told me my prescription had not changed. He then ordered 240.00 worth of lenses. When i received the lenses I could not see right and could not understand this if my prescription had not changed. When i went back to him to check on this he was very rushed with me and impatient. I said maybe the lenses were sent wrong from the company. He was not interested in that suggestion at all and just gave me a stronger right lens. At first it made my sight clearer, but after a few days i felt slight presure in the right eye and my vision was still not that clear. I tried to get an appoitment the week of christmas and was told they only had 1 opening that was on my busiest work day, i could not go then for this reason. After the holiday, i called again and talked to Dr Fine on the phone he was very short and scarcastic and then told me he could not see me again for at least another week, he was to busy. Thats when i told him i wanted my records faux to another optician that day. The new DR. Looked at the boxes of lenses dr fine ordered for me and the first thing she said was that both eyes were marked d for distance thats was the reason i could not see right she switched to the right prescrpition in 15 minutes dr. Fine lack of concern and interest in making things right was appauling. I had paid him 425.00 for his services and did not get what i paid for, plus i have had to pay another dr. To correct his mistakes, and not even an apology from him nor would he speak to me again. I called his office 4 times in 2 weeks and was told if i callled again he would consider that harrasment. So in other words after he received my payments, he could of cared less if i could see correctly or not all i wanted was the correct lenses that was the object for going to him in the first place his lack of concern for his actions was awful i have never dealt with any dr like this ever, and then he had the nerve to threaten harrasment to me, when all i wanted was what i had paid for
