Hair removal

I called back in november and bought a package for leg and upper lip hair removal and they had no appointment for me til december and to call backthen. I get an e-mail december 7th about the closing of the clinic and that dr thors would take over for the patients so, I called dr thors office and cari had told me what to do and rebut this feecall better business bureau and write a dispute claim. I am out 1000-1200 dollars and want it taken off my care credit card
