I had purchased a laser hair removal package from this company back in April. I had received 6 treatments so far, but I definitely need more. I was told by one of the technicians that it takes about 12 total treatments for the hair to be completely gone. Plus, you get a guarantee of unlimited treatments for up to 3 years. I called the Woodridge location to change an appointment in January and the phone number was disconnected. I did some research on the web and found out that they are no longer in business. I paid for my package on a credit card they offer (Care Credit) and I have until April to pay it off. I have not made any payments yet. What can I do in order to get at least a partial refund.
