December 29 was the last time I trained with him after 6 months of consecutive training twice a week. I was supposed to train with him again the next day but it didn't happen the reasons unknown! I was surprised that he was not there and to top it all I was already schedule with a different trainer that I had never seen there before. Of course I didn't train that day I cancelled my appointment for that day until I had the opportunity to speak to their manager.
On January 5 I finally got the opportunity to sit down and ask what was going on because my trainer was no longer in the schedule and I did not receive any notice. The manager was very rude, and the only thing she made clear is that the only thing that matters to her was her own benefit not her client's needs my ex trainer had been fired. According to her she couldn't give me the reason for it, because it was unprofessional to release that information, but yet it wasn't unprofessional for her to tell me a lot of things that had happened before with him the reasons of all the warnings he had and that he wasn't a good person.
I am a manager and I know that what she did was the most unprofessional way of handling this type of situation. But there not only she's not ready for that position the GM of that location is also the wrong employee. Now I'm stuck with another 6 months contract that if I cancel I have to pay 50% of the remaining balance which is a lot, and train with someone new.
