According to the Canadian Better Business Bureau, this company is in Canada and the Champlain NY address is a mail drop.
When you contact Universal Benefits, they give you the phone number of a third party billing which is answered by a machine. It take days of leaving messages to have them call back.
I am still waiting for a refund from them. I sent back the packet as I was instructed but still have not heard from them.
They deducted, electronically, $279 from my checking account in Nov. Without my knowledge. Anthony Miller from United Response said that I authorized it either by phone or e-mail. I did not. Good Luck trying to get the money back.
Evidently, I am not the only person this has happened to. File a complaint at your bank immediately.
