The Rigiderm product burned the skin of both partners and we could not find a phone number to call to get a number to return product for a refund.

It also did not cause an erection. Possibly because it was burning so badly.

Would you advise us to return the product to the return address on the package and hope that they will eventually take the charge off of our credit card?

Or should we wait and hope to get a phone number to get a return number for the package?
