I had a very bad experience with the Garnier exfo brusher. I only used it once, when i applied it, it burned my face, I then rinsed it off just with water. That same night my skin was very stiff. It felt like a old persons skin. The next day my face was very dry, so I used fragrance free aqueous cream. My face burned and from then my face was red for 2 days. After that my face started to peel.
I called the customer services number on the product, the lady took all my details, and said she is going to phone me back the monday morning for a batch number on the product. The next day a doctor phoned me to find out what exactly happend and also said that they will organize a refund for me. The lady was very helpful and asked me to email my bank details so she can forward it to her admin dept. So that they can refund me. That was on Tuesday. Still haven't heard anything from them. I am very dissapointed, my face is still dry, had to buy my own bio oil and aqueous cream. I never had any problem skin and now my face are full of spots. I am very upset because there is no warning sign that says its not for sensitive skin. Very unhappy.
