It stated on the website the chair was in stock and ready to ship, would be guaranteed by Christmas! I paid with my charge card on 12/7 and called back on the 15th asking if it had shipped. They said it's not in stock until Feb. 09. I said I want an immediate refund. The lady said she'd cancel the order and it would take 7-10 days for a refund. I emailed on the 17th and Mike said he'd cancel the order and a refund would take 3-7 days. I called again on the 23rd, and was told it was being done as we spoke and I'd get email confirmation immediately. I never did, and the charge hasn't been refunded. I've sent two other emails begging for a refund, and left voicemail to no avail as of yet. Bad sign. I need my $1800.00 back! This is a complete scam and rip off.
