After 6.95 Free sample you can not cancel the order and this company keeps billing your credit card

I ordered this free sample and really canceled it before i finished the sample order then received it any way with other products that i did not even look at. Now every month the send it and i can cancel my order, phone # is not good i wrote and letter to the customer service web site to cancel and still keep getting it i mailed it back with extra cost, and now have my credit card company involved for the scam.
