I ordered and received a free trial package and was billed 4.99 for shipping/handling. That amount was charged to my CC. I did not authorize any additional charges but was billed 88.97 on 12/16/08. I called them and was told to go to this site and request a refund. I told the rep that I will return the product. I want them to reverse the 88.97 charge and stop any future mailings and charges.
