I ordered this product for my girlfriend and she ended up getting a rash from it after about 2 weeks with no signs of any improvement, I called to cancell and they said it was taken care of. Then 2 weeks later BAM! Credit card hit for 94 bucks? I called and they told me i didnt send the product back but i did and wrote the RMA number on it and all, still no refund. Contacted my bank and while they were investigating it, BAM they hit me again for another 94 bucks??? Bank said best way to handle it is to just close my account and reopen another one, because unless i had the exact amount they were going to electronically take, i could not stop it, so i am closing my account and writing the BBB and anyone else about this RIP OFF SITE!
