Got ripped off for 69.95 on a 4.95s&h charge no response on phone calls

Ordered a "free" sample for 4.95 S&H within a few weeks got a charge for 69.95 that hit my checking account. Tryed to call but cant get in touch with anyone tryed to e mail that no good either. I see im not the only one getting burned on this deal. Would like to warn everbody not to do business with these people!!
