I order a free sample then i tryed to reach them to tell them not to send any more i also wrote them a letter but the keep takeing from my account

I order a free sample then i tryed to email them to tell them i did not want any more couldnt reach them so i wrote to them it didnt do no good the are still are taking money frome my account the phone no is no good so how can you stop them
