Sold me a product, smaller amount than I ordered

I ordered a pound of powdered boric acid. When I recieved it, I noticed the bottle was smaller than a 12 oz container I had purchased at a pharmacy. So I weighed it on a postal scale and found it only weighed 14 oz including the heavy plastic container. I sent two inquiries by e-mail and recieved no response after a period of weeks.
