I ordered a free sample from luminous Brites for 4.99. About a week later I notice a charge to my account for 88.97. I called their customer service (I was on hold for about 15 minutes). They said when I ordered the free sample, I was automatically given a membership. They canceled my memership. I email their customer support to receive a refund for the 88.97.
