I was billed recently on one of my credit cards for an item i did not order. I got the company's phone number and name from the report and called them at the first opportunity—today at 9 AM mountain time. Altho the phone was answered, I was put on hold. I waited for about 10 minutes and hung up.
This seemed to repeat a performance I had run into with another scam product, ColonCleanse.
I just called again and had the same experience. There was a message: " due to unusual call volume we are unable to answer at this time' with a further message to call later on this evening. I suspect the phone is just not answered. Iwill of course keep trying. The amount billed is very small but I don't want repeated billing or problems every month from now on. Miriam, Southbury, CT
