Understaffed, Underqualified staff, poor infection control

This agency was not equipped to serve a rehab patient with complex medical needs.in my family member's case, medication / dosages were skipped, patient was left to sit in need of care for up to an hour after alerting staff with call button, physical therapy assistants tried to insist patient use walker 2 weeks after open heart surgery (against surgeon's orders), patient contracted c-diff infection and later died, food service was unappetizing with sausage and hot dogs and okra served on multiple occasions to patients with nausea. Family members had to insist on patients' transport to ER for treatment on multiple occasions. On one occasion Blood Pressure was 79/51 on arrival. Please do not send your loved one here for rehab if your loved one has other medical needs.
