Public records show allegations of SEXUAL ASSAULT on a patient by a staff member followed by a civil lawsuit that Malibu Horizons settled before being held accountable in front of a jury.
Patient claims the JANITOR POSED AS MEDICAL PERSONNEL and administered medication and proceeded to sexually assault client. This is all a matter of public record. Patient claims staff, including Dr Mohammed, Dr. Mather and Dr. Weyand went to great lengths to cover up all wrong doings instead of attending to the patients needs.
Records go on to say, by the admittance of Dr. Mohammed, that the janitor was out at a bar drinking with Dr Mohammed the night of the incident and Dr Mather, the assigned therapist to the patient, did not return to the unit until 3 days after the assault to attend to the patient. Patient claims to have stayed on the unit, intentionally over medicated and ignored until asked to leave.
