Checked by bank statement this afternoon; found out a charge for 89.31 was deducted from my checking account. Bank advised and gave me tel no. And would take care of it after i called the company.
I called 877-350-8480 and s/w a ken... He said i ordered - i told him it suppose to be free... He will charge back the 89.31 but never offered to give me back the 3.95 he took off oct 16... I told him dishonesty here... Do not ordered these online products... This is what they do... And how they get your debit info for the shipping charges. They must be making lots of money on shipping charges. I intend to contact Rachael Ray online site advising that her name is being used fraudulently.
