Miracle Management Group AKA Risk Management Partners
Ripoff owes me $8,000 won't settle my accounts, won't refund my money, won't respond to my countless calls, faxes & e-mails, this is fraud deception criminal!

I am another victim of Miracel Management Group's fraud and deception! I aparently am one of may unsupecting citizens who have been scamed by Miracle Management Group AKA Risk Management Partners. I have worked with them for aprox. Two years now and have over $8,000 in my settlement account (for debt repayment to my creditors). Although they settled one account early on and repaid me for a garnishment eariler this year (on a creditor which I repeatadly told them to make full payment to from my settlement account).

I am being taken to court presently on an account which I have plenty of money in my settlement account to cover and I can't get any response from MMG - RMP. I have done everything I can think of. I have called, e-mailed and faxed them countless times over the past few weeks, all to no avail and no answer from the company.

I am desperate. They have all my money and promised (contracted) to settle with my creditors so I could satisify my creditors and avoid going bankrupt. Now it appears that they stole my $8,000 (taken from my checking account to the tune of $500.00 per month for the past two years) and left me deeper in debt, more vulnerable and frail financially and with a damaged credit report.

I won't take the time to go into all the details right now. I'm sure you have heard this story before. I checked out this company thoroughly and checked them out with multiple BBB offices before I signed up with their debt management program. I have stayed in contact via fax, e-mai and phone numerous times over the past two years and I am caught by supprise by this devastating turn of events.

I'm just the little, faceless citizen being taken advantage of and robbed by the big corporate thief in a nice office and expensive suit. I have notified MMG - RMP that I am canceling my program (because of their failure to work on my behalf with my creditors and I no longer trust them) and I want a full refund of all my funds which are in my settlement account. As of today I still don't have an answer from them (now there's a big supprise).

I have contacted the Scotsdale Times Newspaper with my story and I am in the process of contacting a Prosecuting Attorney in Arizona & Ohio. If you have any other ideas or you have found some satisfaction through a specific course of action, please let me know so that I can recover my $8,000 which MMG - RMP has taken from me.
