Charged my CC, didn't send product, then when I cancelled today, said another shipment on way, couldn't cancel that one, but acc now closed

Charged my cc $79.95 on Oct 14th. Never received product. Called to report and cancel, claims anothe shipment sent today, couldn't cancel that one either, but now claims account closed. Supposed to be on a revolving 30 day refill, started Sept 22 with a free sample.
