Health book paid for but still billing

Purchased guide on Wellness guidelines and taken care of it by check but am getting dunning records stating I still owed them cash. Have backup of my check spending money on it but cannot deliver a CEASE & DESIST correspondence with backup of check for their Postoffice Package. Require an address

The corporation is just a fraud!
