If you value your hard earned money and your dental health, do not use this dental office. At least the previous owner cared about his patients and did his best to rectify any problems if ever. The new owner refuses to even speak to patients about any problems they might have.
The office talked my daughter into veneers for her teeth and I could not talk her out of it. She had them done and they broke within 6 months even eating softer foods. We complained to Jennifer and his sister Valerie about the problem and they stated they would speak to the owner about the issue. They never callled us back, so we called again and again and again. Even though I am a physician, the dentist refused to speak to me. They kept putting us off for over six more months until they finally agreed to rectify the issue. Another dentist in their office told us the workmanship was terrible and that they would not last long.
We waited for their call to have impressions made, but they never called. We called them and Valerie lied and staTED SHE NEVER SPOKE WITH ME, MY DAUGHTER or even heard of the issue. However she knew enough to say they will not fix them in any way and we would have to pay for them again!!! They successfully dragged the issue out long enough to say they were over a year old.
