My husband, sister and I were all patients at Aspen Dental. We all had fillings placed in the Wilkes Barre, PA office. All dental work that was completed had to be redone by another dentist.
The filling material was placed in my drilled tooth and then pushed down with the dentist's finger. She did not use an instrument to make sure the material was properly fitted. This was a wake up call to me. I know this should not have been done.
This past year I have had two of the previous fillings replaced with onlays, and two fillings completely replaced due to inproper placement. The same happened with my husband and sister.
I know that Aspen hires "new" dentists fresh out of Dental School. They have an extremely high turn over rate. Patients do not see the same dentist regularly. Most offices see 3-4 new dentists per year.
This company does not care about the patient. Money is their main concern and the patient comes last. Each office manager and dentist receive a monthly bonus depending on how much production is done. This is why they push the patients to do more work than is neccessary.
I feel as though they should compensate me for the work I had done in the Wilkes Barre office since everything had to be replaced shortly after being done.
