I never authorized any shipments for this product. I tried to contact them and was on hold for more than 40 minutes and finally hung up. I saw 3 charges on my bank statement. I finally got a hold of them and told them that I never authorized the transactions. I asked where the one shipment was (that I never received) and was told that it was lost by the carrier!
What?! So you are going to charge me $99.61 for something that was lost in the mail that I never ordered in the first place. The next shipment went out 2 days ago (that's what I was told) and when I receive it to send it back for a full refund. The problem is is that I never receive the shipments! They are taking money and never sending anything out.
