No worriez solutions stated that they would display their web page with my trade name showing to obtain applications for health insurance

Parent org. E3biz, of "No worriez solutions" stated that they would be doing 40000 showings of their web page, with my trade name appearing on it (see attached copy).

The web page asks viewers to file an application for health insrance for themselves or with family.

There has not been one response to the alleged web page ads out of the almost 20,000 alleged web pages sent on Internet.
