I was not scammed but this page is a fake page used to appear harmless. It doesn't show up in anything as a scam because the page itself isn't the scam but every link leads to pages that are scams. Those pages that the links lead to can be searched for and it will show up as a scam. Someone not paying attention to the change in the address bar to another page might not realize this. Also the page was created by some web page creation kits. The links are at the bottom of the page and it is obviously unproffessional and just a cover for the scam to not get any hits on a search.
