The Caracol Organization promotes a "free" item. However in the fine-print it says you have to deliver it back within 2 weeks or you'll be billed $59.95 for this. Used to donot have their item for week and also the cash was obtained from my bill. I looked up the handle fond of return the merchandise and discovered it had been the handle greater than one organization that had scam charges against them.
