Several years ago I signed up for a balleys account with the assurance I could quit anytime. Since then the WIlsonville branch missed its opening time several time, I was stood up by trainers and never got promised services or discounts due to thier errors.
In Nov I told them My company was moving me to a location that did not have a Balleys facility. They stated they would stop taking the money out of my account and call me to work out a plan to temporarly suspend my account and to return if I wanted to.
None of the afore mentioned promises happened, They are still taking money out of my account with no contract and no permission to do so.
I have emailed and talked with the Wilsonville OR. Branch till im blue in the face and am still getting ripped off almost 1 year later.
After speaking with my Bank It became apparent that the only way to stop them is to close that account, something that would lead to no end of time wasting and heart ache.
