When I first went to Michelle I expressed my concerns about going to a new stylist so she guaranteed me that she would be able to do my hair exactly like it was. She expressed to me that she has been in bussiness for 15yrs and she specialize inthe style I wanted. Michelle also expressed to me that she charges $100 and that it would take only a few hours. It too Michelle 8hrs to do my hair because she kept stopping on my hair to attend to other costumers and to attend to personal matters. Afer the 6th hour I had extreme pain in my back, neck, and scalp so I told Michelle to finish my hair because I needed to go. Michelle rushed on my hair because she had more customers waiting. After she was done I told her I was not satisfied because it did not look the same, but she told me to give it a day and it would look better. She ended up charging me $150 instead of the initial quoted price of $100. When I returned the next day because I was still not satisfied Michelle told me that she would fix it for an additional price.
