I have tried to reach someone at BioTab about charges on my bank debit card. They will not tell me who ordered the product; who signed up for two other services that showed up on my bank statement along with theirs; and will not refund the $49.41 for supplements that they say were delivered to my home.
Nothing has been delivered to my home. The tracking number they gave me shows only that something was delivered from that company to my zip code. The only response I can get is from the bottom of the ladder - "we can't help you". My bank is investigating.
If this was a reputible company, why are they not allowing me to talk to someone other than the person that answers the phone in the customer service department?
