This is a complete scam. I signed up for the free trial offer of one bottle of acaiberry supplement. I was to pay the shipping of 5.99 plus 1.00 for handling.in a very small font footnote on the lower part of trial offer page, I guess there was a disclosure, that I failed to read, at the time, indicating I was to call or email acaicleanse300 in 14 days to cancel a membership. The membership was news to me, as I did not know I joined a club.
12 days after receiving the trial bottle, I received 2 more bottles of the acaiberry supplements. I tried many times to call the toll-free customer support number, it was a recording and I was told to hold for a representative. The recording never changed and after several hours throughout the day trying to get through to talk with someone, I quit. The packing slip said I was being charged $88.97 every 30 days for the acaiberrry supplement.
I did not even get to call and cancel, nor did I know I was going to receive 2 more bottles of the phoney junk (that, by the way, did absolutely nothing for my body). This morning, I finally got through to a man named Iwin at the 8664407533 support number. The rep. Said I was too late in canceling my membership and that I would not receive a refund, he told me to f*ck-off and hung up on me.
I am scared that my credit card will be used fraudulently. I am not going to get my $90.00 back nor are the acaiberry herbal pills any good at all.in fact, this is all a very huge credit card scam, and very scary. I am upset beyond belief, as I am quite sure I used my debit card, and my money will be drained from my checking account. I deserve a full refund. This scam needs to be stopped!
