Repeated Charging to my Cancelled Auto-ship!

I canceled my Auto-ship on month ago, according to their stated Terms and Conditions.

I now find my Account has been once again debited for $88.98 for product I have not received nor do I want.

I have rung their 1-888-765-5557 number listed on their website but this answer only provides information and no Customer Service representatives answer the call.
