I was looking for a walk in clinic to take my daughter for her school vaccination. All she had to get was a tetanus shot. I went on the web and found Take Care health services, which was located inside a Walgreens. The internet said that they took insurance and the shot should cost 45.00 if I paid in cash.in Florida, you have to have a form called a "blue card" to submit the school system.
When I got to the clinic, the woman said the shot would cost 50.00 and I would have to make another appointment to get the "blue card" and they would charge me another 59.00.in total, a simple tetanus vaccination would be 109.00, what a RIPOFF!!! I walked out immediately and went to another walk in clinic and I was charged only 35.00 and that also included the "blue card". Has anyone else had this problem?
Don't go there, they only want your money and nothing else.
