This program is to keep people working. Its helping senior/handycap people out with their daily living.
However the clients hire you and fire you. The state pays the wages. I have not been paid all most over 30 hours because the "Clients" tell them that I/you didn't work the hours or just didn't work at all.
The client (s) have to sign a time sheet. Even if they do they just call in and tell them that you didn't work the hours you are claiming.
