Green Tea - Fulfillment ripped me off for 89.31 more than once

I ordered a sample for $1.50 total. I was asked if I wanted to order more, but declined. I have not been able to get through to their phone number, but I have filed a police report and my bank is working with me. They have charged me 89.31 every month since March
