I was contacted by national healthcare assn. AKA Consolidated Workers Assoc aka NABSA aka Beech st. They have been taking 299.00 bank
draft. (initial start up 299 plus 125) since 3-08.
THEY sent out cards, and i still have all the info as to whom i spoke with (if they are real) and thought i had coverage. Upon needing use the ins. For husbands procedure, i then learned BEECH ST. Had a disclaimer on their website in regard to Consolidated workers Assoc, and NABSA. All my paperwork states these company titles.
I then contacted Chino Hills, CA office for what i thought was Consolidated workers assoc. Where i had sat for hold 3 different times for 20-30 minutes.
TO DISCUSS WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO schedule husbands procedure and expressed my concern over the ins. Disclaimer. I had already contacted BEECH ST. And the texas ins. Board. I WAS ADVISED BY TEXAS to ask Chino hills office who their underwriter was and was told CONSOLIDATED WORKERS ASSOCIATION is the underwriting co, we are in all 50 states. And we do billing, policy, eligibility, etc.
I TOLD THEM that the hospital, and doctor (WHOM THEY HAD PREV SAID WAS IN THEIR NETWORK) would NOT accept their ins when they kept insisting i tell the dr and hospital to call them. Then i learn they are fraudulent ins.Co. Which had used beech st. (which i believe is legit) as their front company. Beech st. Told me they are presently filing all complaints thru federal bureau. I spoke with a legal rep for Beech street and she is handling all the complaints. I have her name and contact #.
there is so much more to this, but i have saved all info, dates and times and i would love to have this so called licensed representative in a court room whether it be in ca or texas. WE ARE the victim in this, yet they continue to use their ins. Propaganda as a money making scheme. I will do my part to shut down this operation, and hope anyone out there with same problems will unite with me.
