I spent two months and endless time trying to get my policy refunded. They wouldn't respond to my emails, phone calls, and faxs. They also removed my funds from my account TWICE. I had to get my bank involved to get the second debit voided. They are the most difficult company I have ever had to deal with, and they even beat AOL! Do not, under any circumstances, let anyone sell you a policy involving this company..
