I can't stand how Unprofessional this Insurance company is I have never known an Insurance campany to take this long to process a claim! The claim is from February and then the requested chart notes from the date of service and I faxed them the first time in April. It took until April just to ask for the chart notes.
I called to check claim status in May and still nothing had been done and they tell me they need chart notes I told them that I had already faxed them a month ago, the person says well sorry we don't have them can you fax them again? So I faxed them again I call again in June to check claim status again and the same thing happens so after faxing them again I call the next day to make sure they got the fax.
When calling now to check claim status thay have no Idea whats going on when faxing the chart notes in June the person said it woul take 7-14 days to process, Today the person says it may take longer. The people I speak with are rude and just want to get me off the phone the claim is only for a little over $300.00 what could be the hold up the services were renderd so this claim needs to paid... It just seems like everything I fax to them vanishes.
