Eceived a totally free trial after which billed for this

I obtained a free trial and am today being charged for this&i did so not get this and that i am not paying for this... This can be a scam and once you call the amount it doesn't allow you to speak with one individual concerning the issue&merely a number of numbers to cover something which i did so not purchase!
