You sent bill and I never got the sample

I received a memory to get a statement for $19.94. I never got the free trial of painvanish. Why have you been giving me a statement to get a free test? I never got the free trial. I actually donot need the free test today. And so I believe I ought tonot be spending money on something which used to donot requested.
